Video-led Meta advertising for window & door installers
Be the installer they want, not another quote to compare.
We turn you, your team and your projects into Meta ads that build trust before the enquiry, so homeowners come to you already knowing who you are and why they should choose you.

The system Step 01 of 3 Creative · Get known
What happens before the enquiry changes the conversation after it.
Most home improvement ads generate an enquiry. We build preference before it.
Why we use video
Both homeowners saw an ad. The difference is what they know about you by the time they enquire.
Offer-led ads build interest in the product. Company-led video builds familiarity with the people behind it.

“I’ve seen these people. I want to speak to them.”
Some familiarity with this company already exists.
Familiar before the first call
Not a referral. But not a stranger either.
Referrals work partly because trust exists before the first conversation. Company-led advertising can build some of that familiarity before a homeowner enquires.
The system Step 02 of 3 Funnel · Qualify
Don’t waste the click.
Once someone taps an ad, where they land decides what you know about them when you call. So instead of a bare form, we send them through a short guided quiz. It’s still quick to finish, and the enquiry arrives with useful context attached.
- What are you looking for?
- Roughly how many windows and doors?
- Where is the property?
- When are you looking to get started?

The ad got the click. The quiz adds the context.
By the time you pick up the phone, you already have a good idea of who you’re speaking to and what they’re asking about. It’s not a guarantee of a perfect lead. It’s a better-informed first call.
The system Step 03 of 3 CRM · Follow-up · Tracking
From enquiry to job, connected.
The quiz hands over a new enquiry with context. From there, one system keeps it all joined up: the enquiry, the ad it came from, how far your team has taken it, and whether it became a job.

Cheap leads are easy. Booked jobs are the point.
A lead only tells you someone enquired. Following it to the job shows which advertising actually produced a customer.
Illustrative example · not client results
If you only look at cost per lead
Ad A
£15 per lead40 leads
Ad B
£25 per lead24 leads
Ad A looks like the better ad.
When you follow each lead to the job
Ad A
£600 per job1 job
Ad B
£150 per job4 jobs
Ad B produced more customers, for less each.
Both ads spent £600. Judged on cost per lead, you’d back the wrong one.
How it’s connectedThe CRM keeps each enquiry’s source. When your team records a won job, that outcome can be sent back to Meta as a conversion event, where tracking allows. It gives reporting and optimisation a more meaningful signal than the lead alone.
A job isn’t just revenue. It’s data.
It tells us which advertising actually produced a customer, so the next decisions are based on jobs, not just leads.

Book a callWhy us
Built for home improvement. Not everyone.
Windows and doors first, and other high-ticket home improvements too. These are big purchases that homeowners research and compare. We’re not running the same playbook for dentists, gyms and estate agents.
-
Real over polished.
Your team, your jobs and, in time, your customers. Filmed properly, but never so produced it stops sounding like you.
-
Cheap leads are easy. Booked jobs are the point.
We build everything around the enquiries that turn into appointments, quotes and won jobs, not the cheapest lead. How we’re paid is explained on the call and agreed in writing before anything starts.
-
You deal with me.This is founder-led. The person you speak to is the person who plans your campaign, comes to the shoot and works on your ads.
FAQ
A few things you’ll probably want to know.
Something we haven’t covered? Ask on the call. That’s what it’s for.
I’m currently looking for a window and door company to work with while I build out this system, so I’m not charging anything upfront for the setup or filming.
You’d cover the ad spend directly with Meta. If we decide to work together, I’ll explain exactly how I’d structure everything before anything goes live.
That depends on the area you want to cover and the type of work you want more of. I wouldn’t ask you to throw a huge budget at an untested campaign — we can start with something sensible, see what the enquiries look like and build from there.
Someone from the company does need to be willing to appear in the ads, but you don’t need to be good on camera or memorise a script.
I’ll guide you through it and mostly ask you about things you already know — your work, the products you fit and what homeowners should know before choosing an installer. Nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.
The homeowner goes through a short qualification process first, so you get more than just a name and phone number. From there, the enquiry comes through to you and we can automate the initial follow-up so they hear from you quickly.
You still handle the actual sales conversation, appointment, quote and job.
Not at all. In fact, it gives us something useful to compare against.
The main thing I’m interested in isn’t just whether we can generate a cheaper lead — it’s whether getting homeowners familiar with your company before they enquire can produce better conversations and ultimately more jobs.
That’s where I’m starting and who I’m looking to work with right now. The same approach could work for other high-ticket home improvements, but at the moment I’m specifically looking for a window and door installer to test and develop it with.

We’ll look at your company, where you work, what you’re doing for enquiries now and how much work you can take on. If I don’t think we’re the right fit, I’ll tell you.
